At ONIRIQUE, we believe that the luxury experience begins the moment you place your order. That’s why we’ve designed a seamless and efficient shipping process to ensure your fragrances reach you safely, securely, and swiftly.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.


Shipping Timelines

We currently ship across India only.

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities 4–6 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 3–5 business days
Remote Locations 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unexpected delays, weather conditions, or during sale periods.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include a nominal convenience fee, which will be clearly shown during checkout.


Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted and reputed logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure reliable delivery.


Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partners will attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via email/SMS

  • A direct link to track your package live

If you need assistance with tracking, feel free to reach out to our support team.


Delivery Issues

In the rare case of a delay or delivery issue:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours with clear images/videos so we can assist you promptly.


International Shipping

At this time, ONIRIQUE ships only within India. We are working on expanding our international reach soon. Stay tuned!
