At ONIRIQUE, we’re committed to crafting not only exquisite fragrances, but also exceptional customer experiences. While we hope you fall in love with every bottle, we understand that situations may arise where support is needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for used or opened products.
However, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit

Incorrect or missing from your order

Defective due to a quality issue
—we are happy to investigate and resolve the issue with an exchange or store credit.
To request an exchange:

Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for tampered, damaged, or missing items.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for product quality concerns.

Provide supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging to assist us in validating your concern.
We will not be able to process requests submitted after the respective time frames.
Please note:

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or personal allergic reactions will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by ONIRIQUE
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to:

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Payment or verification issues

Technical/system errors
-
Multiple or bulk orders violating our policy
We reserve the right to cancel such orders at our discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded to the original source within 7–10 working days.
We may also request additional information to verify and confirm certain orders.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been processed and shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer permitted.

ONIRIQUE reserves full rights to determine whether the cancellation request is eligible.

If accepted, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

The product was cancelled before shipment by ONIRIQUE.

The return was accepted under special conditions (see Returns & Exchanges).
Refund Process:

Refunds for prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) will be credited to the original payment source.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be requested to share your bank account details securely via email.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Please note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for most cities in India.

Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders, unless otherwise stated during promotions.
Bulk Order Policy
To maintain fairness and avoid reselling, we reserve the right to cancel orders we deem to be bulk in nature. These include but are not limited to:

Multiple units of the same product sent to the same address.

Suspicious or invalid address information.
-
Orders placed using bots, fake identities, or promotional misuse.
In such cases, promotional credits or coupons used in the transaction will not be refunded.
